Any indication of tobacco or MARIJUANA SMELL, your account will be billed a cleaning fee of up to $250. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damaged to your vehicles or their contents while parking in our lot. Do not leave personal property unattended in the passenger compartment of your vehicle, failure to visible display on driver’s side dashboard, your vehicle WILL BE TOWED at registered guest’s own expense. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person. The company or association fails to pay the full amount of these charges.

Canceling your reservation on the same day or failing to arrive will result in a charge equivalent to the first night per room, applied to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Applicable taxes may apply. Failure to contact the hotel or arrive by check-out time following the first night will result in the cancellation of the remaining portion of the reservation. To avoid first-night charges, reservations must be canceled no less than 48 hours in advance.
